If you're looking at this page, it probably means you had a problem with your order. So, first and foremost, let us apologize for that. As much as we try, sometimes we drop the ball. Or sometimes the delivery person drops the package. Either way, we're sorry you had a bad experience.
The good news is, we're here to make it right. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Simply contact us at email@example.com and we'll work with you to either refund your purchase or send you a replacement.
Damages and issues
